Job Summary

Operate and support production equipment, including hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklifts, and palletizers. Maintain clean work areas by clearing debris, sanitizing floors, and removing trash from production zones. Assist with loading and unloading trucks and support inventory by maintaining, verifying, and counting product stock. Follow safety procedures and demonstrate lockout/tagout practices while meeting physical job requirements.

Key Responsibilities

•Clean-up machinery and conveyors, keep equipment free of debris during downtime, and maintain the surrounding area.
•Operate production equipment including hoppers, bagging and sealer machines, forklifts, palletizers, hydraulic equipment, and powered vehicles.
•Clean floors, pick up reusable scrap for salvage, and transport trash and debris away from production areas.
•Operate a variety of hand tools and assist with loading/unloading of trucks.
•Maintain, verify, and count product inventory; perform other assigned duties as needed.

Key Requirements

•Requires pre-employment drug screening/background test.
•High school diploma/equivalent, or a comparable combination of education, training, and experience.
•Ability to follow company safety procedures and attend weekly safety meetings.
•Must demonstrate lockout/tagout procedures and keep key lock at all times.
•Must be able to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. from ground level and stand for extended periods.
