Key Responsibilities

•Collaborate with project stakeholders to analyze requirements and risks, suggest solutions, and ensure implementation on the Salesforce platform.
•Accountable for successful technical implementation across multiple technical solutions and provide consultative road mapping for the team.
•Facilitate system requirements and design specifications, define technical goals and business requirements, and serve as the interface between development and stakeholders.
•Oversee scrum and agile processes, budget/timeline ownership, client expectations, and development plans with delegation of work.
•Review and own quality through coding standards enforcement, code reviews/mentoring, development lifecycle ownership, technical risk management, and technical documentation/knowledge transfer.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of consulting experience on high-tech platforms, with at least 7 years on the Salesforce platform.
•Hands-on experience designing and developing custom solutions on Force.com, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
•Significant experience with Salesforce integrations (web services/app integration) and data migration on enterprise implementations.
•Ability to lead technical design sessions, translate business needs into technical requirements, and produce client-ready documentation.
•Active Salesforce certifications (or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire) plus strong leadership and influence skills.
