  • •Lead maintenance systems management to maximize plant performance, minimize costs, and reduce unscheduled downtime.
  • •Manage and organize the maintenance staff, delegating effectively while enforcing safety policies and procedures.
  • •Act as the go-to problem solver for day-to-day equipment and operational challenges, including troubleshooting and reliability improvements.
  • •Design and manage a preventive and predictive maintenance program in partnership with the Plant Engineer using SAP PM data and continuous process improvement.

  • •Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent education and experience).
