Job Summary

Lead and localize the client experience (CX) strategy for a cluster of Mediclinic facilities, ensuring patient-facing services align with Mediclinic’s values and standards. Manage a team across support services, officers, and coordinators; oversee complaints and complex case resolution; and drive service improvement using CX performance indicators such as Cemplicity NPS. Coach frontline staff, run local CX campaigns and journey improvements, and represent CX in SLT and cross-functional committees.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute and localize the regional client experience strategy for cluster-specific needs.
•Monitor and manage CX performance indicators (e.g., Cemplicity NPS, complaints, compliments) and advise SLT on service priorities.
•Lead, develop, and coach the CX team; ensure adherence to client communication standards and escalation protocols.
•Oversee handling and resolution of all patient complaints and complex cases, maintaining service recovery documentation and accountability.
•Drive local campaigns and journey improvements, coordinating service projects and representing CX in SLT and cross-functional committees.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, business administration, or a relevant field.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare operations or client experience, including 2+ years leading people and performance.
•Experience leading multidisciplinary service delivery and client engagement initiatives.
•Demonstrated client relations experience using client satisfaction platforms (e.g., Cemplicity, Press Ganey).
•Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and complaint/patient experience principles.
