Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute the medical affairs plan for the assigned therapeutic area aligned with business priorities and medical strategy.
  • •Develop and maintain expertise in clinical practice, treatment trends, competitive therapies, and relevant scientific literature.
  • •Gather, assess, and communicate medical and scientific insights compliantly to internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Review and support substantiation of scientific claims and promotional/non-promotional materials and medical communications for accuracy and compliance.
  • •Provide medical input across product lifecycle activities and support evidence generation, publication planning, medical education initiatives, and registration support.

Key Requirements

  • •Medical degree or equivalent medical/scientific qualification.
  • •3-7 years of relevant experience in medical affairs, medical communications, medical support, scientific roles, or related work in pharmaceuticals/healthcare.
  • •Ability to interpret medical/clinical/scientific data and translate it into clear, compliant medical communication.
  • •Experience with scientific review and approval of promotional and non-promotional materials, including claims support.
  • •Familiarity with evidence generation, publication planning, scientific dissemination, and medical-regulatory documentation.
