Job Summary

Join the UK Specialty Lines Claims team handling a dedicated portfolio of Professional Indemnity (PI), Directors & Officers (D&O), Crime and Cyber claims for multinational and large corporate clients. You’ll manage London Market Bureau-placed matters, provide FCA-guided claims advice, analyse policy wording to establish coverage, set and review reserves, and coordinate across insurers, brokers, legal representatives, and internal stakeholders to drive resolution and settlement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage a portfolio of PI, D&O, Crime and Cyber speciality lines claims for UK and multinational corporate clients.
•Handle day-to-day claims management and deliver proactive, commercially focused resolution, including strategic guidance.
•Set, maintain, and review claims reserves in line with internal and client requirements.
•Analyse policy wordings to establish coverage positions and advise clients on claims strategy and insurer presentations.
•Liaise with clients, insurers, brokers, legal representatives, and internal teams to progress matters, resolve issues, and support settlement.

Key Requirements

•2–5 years of relevant specialty lines claims handling experience, with exposure to PI, D&O, Crime and/or Cyber claims.
•Strong working knowledge of London Market and Bureau claims processes and systems, including progressing and negotiating claims.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex specialty lines issues to clients and stakeholders.
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and deliver within agreed deadlines.
•Working towards professional qualifications such as ACII or CILA.
