Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct Elmendorf tear tests, dart drop tests, and gauge film measurements using Measure Tech.
  • •Perform quality checks on all lines and take appropriate action on non-conforming product.
  • •Report non-conformances to the Lead Quality Auditor and/or Shift Supervisor; fill in as requested.
  • •Maintain housekeeping and other tasks assigned by the Lead Quality Auditor or Quality Manager; assist in other areas as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED (or one to three months related experience and/or training) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • •Ability to perform quality checks on all lines and take appropriate action on non-conforming product.
  • •Knowledge of measurement techniques and analysis; quality background is preferred.
  • •Ability to independently work with minimal supervision in a high-paced, multi-task environment.
  • •Ability to operate lab equipment and read/write/follow written or verbal instructions (including reading a caliper, micrometer, digital indicator, and scale).
