Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver SE Guild programs, communications, events, and operational processes consistently and effectively at scale.
  • •Coordinate logistics for SE Guild meetings and community moments, including distribution list management, scheduling, materials, and readiness.
  • •Coordinate communications and follow-up activities across SE Guild programs, community platforms, and stakeholder groups.
  • •Maintain lightweight operating mechanisms and repeatable processes to improve consistency across programs.
  • •Identify and communicate risks, dependencies, blockers, and operational status; also optimize and automate workflows to reduce churn and improve reliability and turnaround time.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in program management, operations, or complex coordination roles, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
  • •Exposure to software engineering principles and practices, technical interviews, or engineering enablement to engage credibly with senior and Principal engineers.
  • •Strong written communication and organizational skills, including drafting internal communications and maintaining shared content and calendars.
  • •High attention to detail and comfort operating in administrative and operational domains supporting large, distributed communities.
  • •Fluency in collaboration/productivity tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus experience using AI and automation or data tooling (e.g., Power Automate, Power Query).
