•Develop and maintain detailed project and execution plans covering feature development, testing and validation, deployment, and monitoring.

•Maintain deep understanding of underlying algorithms and software interfaces (battle management, threat prediction, tracking, classification) to ensure integration with the larger C2 system.
•Oversee release planning and execution, ensuring smooth deployment and quality standards before release.
•Serve as primary point of contact for project communications, providing regular updates on status, risks, and milestones.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 144,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience and a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
•Extensive project management experience, preferably in software development for advanced algorithms.
•Demonstrable understanding of optimization, applied probability, and AI/ML technology.
•Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
•Active U.S. TS clearance and ability to maintain clearance.
