Account Manager

Manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners as their main point of contact. Use sales, operational, and engagement data to improve menu performance, pricing, promotions, and delivery logistics, sharing recommendations through regular business reviews. Drive account growth via upsells, cross-promotions, content optimization, and coordinated marketing campaigns. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure onboarding, campaign execution, and issue resolution, while negotiating and renewing agreements and maintaining service-level standards.
