(CSA/MEP) Senior Cost Manager (Advance Manufacturing)

Lead cost and commercial management for major advanced manufacturing projects, owning either CSA or MEP scope from inception through procurement, construction, commissioning, and close-out. Develop budgets, feasibility estimates, cost plans, and models; drive value engineering and cost optimisation; and manage procurement, tenders, variations, claims, and final accounts. Provide monthly cost reporting and forecasts, support governance and risk management, and mentor cost professionals while advising clients and stakeholders throughout delivery.
