Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and define UAT scope and objectives.
  • •Prepare comprehensive UAT test cases and scenarios based on business process flows and requirements.
  • •Validate end-to-end workflows and ensure alignment with business expectations.
  • •Coordinate UAT execution with business users, provide support, and document UAT results and feedback for formal sign-off.
  • •Track, analyze, and resolve issues found during UAT in collaboration with development and QA teams, maintaining documentation for test cases, defects, and resolutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong understanding of software testing life cycle (STLC) and UAT processes.
  • •Experience preparing UAT test cases and scenarios from business process flows and requirements, including critical scenarios and edge cases.
  • •Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into test scenarios.
  • •Familiarity with defect tracking tools such as JIRA and ADO (or similar).
  • •Knowledge of SQL and database validation, plus API testing experience using tools like Postman or REST Assured.
