Provide a broad range of financial services for bank customers, including opening/closing and maintaining deposit accounts, renewing time deposits, assisting with account inquiries, and handling safe deposit box and related services. Resolve client questions by listening and gathering information. Support sales and referrals by presenting and explaining bank products, using lead lists, and helping meet sales goals. Maintain privacy, accuracy, records, and the banking center’s professional reputation while attending training and meetings.
