Key Responsibilities

•Independently plan, organize, and execute receipt and dispatch of goods; manage inbound shipments; and support invoicing and dispatch processes in cooperation with sales teams.
•Plan and ensure optimal warehouse organization and process efficiency.
•Conduct regular inventory counts, analyze discrepancies, and resolve inconsistencies through to completion.
•Plan and execute stock rotation.
•Provide operational support to daily business across all segments: retail, B2B sales, and service, including customer communication, preparing offers, and organizing shipments.

Key Requirements

•Must be detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to plan tasks independently.
•Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel skills and ability to process and analyze data.
•Experience with ERP systems is an advantage.
•Ability to work effectively at both operational (physical) and system levels, including data accuracy in item master and price lists.
•Willingness to occasional delivery tasks and a valid Category B driver’s license (as needed)
•Degree in economics or related field preferred; Level V education noted in description.
