Test Center Administrator (PT)

Serve as the face of Prometric at the Fresno test center by welcoming examinees, verifying identification, and enforcing strict exam integrity policies. Monitor candidates during computer-based exams, perform required security checks (including wand use), and address issues with urgency while maintaining a secure testing environment and materials. Collaborate with the team to represent Prometric’s mission and maintain a fair, comfortable experience for every candidate.
