Key Responsibilities

  • •Learn and assist with all required machine and support 17” winder equipment set-ups.
  • •Operate cutters and operate machines on a substitute basis at the required proficiency level.
  • •Perform machine preventative maintenance on equipment related to the carpet yarn line.
  • •Operate and track production information including scrap, machine efficiency, machine down time, and paper usage.
  • •Assist other crew members with setups, packaging aspects, quality requirements, and document machine logs and quality metrics.
