Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and execute programs with a focus on quality and deadlines
  • •Drive completion of required deliverables, incorporating customer quality feedback
  • •Create and maintain program artifacts (schedule, resource forecast, risk and issues logs)
  • •Coordinate across geographies to keep stakeholders aligned and manage cross-team dependencies
  • •Track chip lifecycle from planning to prototype, execution, and production release, including performance reporting via dashboards and recurring status updates

Salary: INR 3,237,500 - 4,625,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of program management experience in EDA or related companies
  • •Proven experience delivering complex software programs in a software development/engineering organization
  • •PMP certification is required
  • •Experience with cross-geo coordination and customer-facing collaboration
  • •A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering is desired
