Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing objective risk insights to support strategic decisions and business outcomes.
  • •Deliver complex global audit and advisory projects that enhance governance, improve controls, and provide actionable executive-ready insights.
  • •Define risk-based engagement strategies and communicate enterprise risk themes to build alignment and drive action.
  • •Partner with business teams to monitor remediation efforts and drive sustainable risk reduction.
  • •Build and coach high-performing teams through mentoring and knowledge sharing, and help evolve RAAS methodologies and collaboration.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Accounting, Finance, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • •CPA, CIA, CISA, CFE, CA, or equivalent professional certification.
  • •10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting, internal audit, consulting, or a combination of Big Four and large public company experience.
  • •Proven track record leading complex audit or advisory engagements across multiple risk domains.
  • •5+ years of people leadership experience developing high-performing teams.
