Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor execution of project HSE activities and site safety with continual observation to ensure HSE requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement field emergency response procedures and evacuation plans, including daily toolbox talks and monthly employee emergency orientation.
  • •Identify existing hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, record corrective measures, and address/report daily violations with recommendations.
  • •Conduct risk assessments and communicate findings and recommendations to concerned personnel daily before work starts.
  • •Investigate accidents/incident and near-misses, support HSE initiatives, maintain required inspection and induction logs, and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses and developing effective mitigation strategies.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Develop and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and stakeholders to promote safety and environmental stewardship.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus a Diploma in NEBOSH or related technical certificates; ERP knowledge with SAP functional skills is preferred/required.
