Job Function: Executive & General Management

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage internal and external taskers and track task completion status for AFNWC/NT divisions and individuals, including quarterly reporting.
  • •Monitor incoming emails from assigned AFNWC workflows to identify bottlenecks or disruptions and address issues promptly for customer satisfaction.
  • •Perform quality control on staff packages, correspondence, and resources for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards.
  • •Maintain an up-to-date AFNWC/NT SharePoint site and prepare, coordinate, assemble, and execute actions for key meetings and forums.
  • •Serve as primary records manager and liaison to the Base Records Management Office, managing accountable sensitive mail with chain-of-custody.

Key Requirements

  • •Active DoD Secret security clearance is required for consideration.
  • •Bachelor’s degree from an accredited academic institution.
  • •Minimum of 3 years of experience executing professional clerical procedures in a DoD or corporate office environment.
  • •Proven ability to facilitate, distribute, and track official tasks and deadlines across multiple directorates or locations.
  • •Minimum of 1 year of training management experience, including tracking training compliance and compiling training status metrics.
