Job Summary

As the Lead for Flights Supply in Thailand, you will own end-to-end market strategy, drive partnerships with airline partners, and lead commercial negotiations. You’ll act as Agoda’s in-market commercial face, building executive-level relationships and coordinating with Product, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and regional supply teams to optimize distribution, pricing, and growth across the Thai Flights market.

•Set the Thailand market strategy and execute market plans balancing growth, profitability, and long-term positioning.
•Lead pricing, availability, and commercial terms with airline partners to maximize Agoda’s competitiveness.
•Be the market voice by sharing insights with internal teams and shaping Agoda’s product and growth strategy.
•Deliver partner success by building deep, trusted executive-level relationships with suppliers and driving joint initiatives.
•Drive execution by coordinating with regional supply teams, operations, and product specialists to meet partners’ day-to-day needs.

Key Requirements

•5+ years in the Flights / OTA / airline industry with strong exposure to commercial negotiations, distribution, and market strategy (experience in Thailand highly preferred).
•Proven track record of delivering growth through partnerships, negotiations, and strategy execution.
•Commercial acumen with the ability to balance short-term results and long-term market building.
•Strong executive presence and communication skills in English; able to manage complex conversations at senior levels.
•Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on execution capabilities and comfort operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
