Job Summary

Lead finance program controls for the CUAS business area within SMGBAD, owning forecasting and financial planning for Earned Value, EACs, customer and gate reviews, and strategic plans. Partner with senior leadership across a matrixed organization and guide a team of 17 finance professionals. Deliver predictable forecasts and actionable Risk & Opportunity management through robust program reviews and clear written/verbal communication to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide leadership, development, and direction for finance program controls across the CUAS business area.
•Own program control finance activities including Earned Value, EACs, monthly forecasts, and annual operating plan updates.
•Consolidate financial projection inputs, analyze changes to actuals vs. forecast, and review with key team members.
•Partner across organizational levels and functions to integrate financial impacts and provide decision support.
•Communicate results through predictable forecasts, Risk and Opportunity management, robust program reviews, and timely information flow.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 10 years.
•P&L ownership or financial planning experience, including direct supervisory experience guiding teams.
•Experience in financial analysis within a highly matrixed organization.
•Proficiency with MS Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
•Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government-issued Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.
