Key Responsibilities

  • •Support footwear development projects from initial tech package and sample request through model-size fit confirmation, Buy Ready, and sales sample delivery.
  • •Coordinate product prototyping, commercialization activities, and seasonal development milestones to achieve on-time delivery targets.
  • •Communicate project status, sample updates, risks, and development/commercialization issues with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
  • •Maintain accurate project information, sample records, and documentation in Centric and the Central Shared Drive.
  • •Track sample status and critical dates, and work with Materials, Costing, Lab, Quality, Manufacturing, and suppliers to address quality, capacity, and lead-time concerns.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •College degree or above; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
  • •5+ years of footwear development or production experience, or 8+ years of relevant experience without a degree.
  • •Experience working with factories and familiarity with the footwear product development process.
  • •Basic knowledge of shoe construction, footwear materials, upper patterns, bottom components, tooling, and costing.
  • •Good computer skills with Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe applications.
