Support changeover and sanitation requirements, manage product rotation and time/temperature guidelines, and report deviations to supervision. May operate non-forklift warehouse machinery as needed.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain continuous supply of components to the production line in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
•Handle components and ingredients in accordance with USDA, HACCP, plant recipe guidelines, and food safety/quality requirements.
•Ensure GMPs and safety regulations are followed at all times.
•Manage product rotation and time/temperature guidelines from USDA; return unused product to freezer/cooler with proper identification.
•Report deviations related to product quality, machinery, or standards; support changeover and sanitation requirements and may operate non-forklift warehouse machinery.
