Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute projects by managing budget and schedule, supervising construction, training personnel, coordinating startup, and aligning with safety and environmental requirements.
  • •Provide technical support on facility safety initiatives when designing or redesigning work processes to eliminate workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • •Troubleshoot, identify opportunities for improvement, implement action plans, and ensure effective results through follow-up.
  • •Develop engineering studies, designs, and justifications to support Operations’ goals and approvals.
  • •Evaluate and execute improvements related to safety, reliability, capacity, operating costs, maintenance, and product quality; maintain current process discipline and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in an engineering-related discipline (Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering preferred) or equivalent technical experience.
  • •Process improvement experience in a manufacturing operations environment.
  • •Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment, identify improvement opportunities, and implement follow-up action plans.
  • •Ability to successfully implement capital projects/permits and perform engineering functions in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of the corn wet milling process and its operating systems is preferred.
