Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the computer vision (CV) lifecycle from annotation strategies and curated dataset pipelines through model design, training, evaluation, and production deployment.
  • •Establish data collection, cleaning, labeling pipelines and annotation guidelines; evaluate annotation platforms such as CVAT and Labelbox.
  • •Translate ambiguous business requirements into well-scoped CV problems with clear KPIs in partnership with business leaders and product teams.
  • •Architect scalable ML pipelines on AWS or GCP using containerization and serverless/managed machine learning services.
  • •Optimize models for low-latency inference (e.g., quantization/compression using ONNX, TensorRT, OpenVINO) and set up monitoring for model drift and performance.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years hands-on Data Science and Machine Learning experience, including at least 3+ years in production computer vision applications.
  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
  • •Expert proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras).
  • •Experience designing, building, training, evaluating, and optimizing custom computer vision models for production (e.g., detection, segmentation, tracking, OCR).
  • •Hands-on experience with data collection/cleaning/labeling pipelines and annotation tools (e.g., CVAT, Labelbox).
