Key Responsibilities

•Grow our Port & Marine offering in the Southeast US and expand market presence.
•Identify, position, plan and prioritize business development activities with clients.
•Prepare client management plans and pursuit plans, maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities.
•Identify key teaming partners in each geography and secure relationships to improve outcomes.
•Lead major Ports & Marine pursuit proposals and support other proposals.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 250,000 - 315,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS degree and 12 years of related experience, including 4 years in leadership
•Ports & Maritime market experience and understanding of container terminals, liquid/dry bulk terminals, and waterfront infrastructure
•Experience planning, design, engineering and construction at a senior professional level in ports infrastructure
•Proven ability to lead multi-disciplinary project teams and deliver projects on time and within budget
•Strong client and stakeholder network with ability to identify, win, and deliver projects in the consulting/advisory market
