Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with engineering, business, and operations leaders to drive end-to-end execution of next-generation Data Center CPUs and GPUs from Concept to Mass Production using AMD’s New Product Introduction Management flow.
  • •Own product execution start-to-finish across Silicon, System, and Software.
  • •Apply operational discipline through automation, analytics, and process improvement to achieve productivity gains.
  • •Prioritize and remove obstacles; lead technical debug, feature prioritization, schedule alignment, and budget attainment.
  • •Create and maintain a cross-functional, matrixed execution team and communicate status/recommendations to senior executives and engineers.

Key Requirements

  • •Multiple and recent years of progressive experience in new product development from a design, platform, product, and/or program management discipline.
  • •Experience as a Technical Program Lead of Data Center CPUs or GPUs to assess tradeoffs between program and technical challenges.
  • •Technical expertise in high-performance product execution, including one or more areas: CPU/GPU design, test and product engineering, validation, or system architecture.
  • •Experience driving a multi-site and multi-disciplined engineering program.
  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
