Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive product-led growth across the platform and own the roadmap, strategy and growth features/experiments to achieve 10X growth
  • •Continuously measure KPIs and adapt strategies based on data-driven decisions
  • •Conduct AB testing and leverage qualitative user research to refine product growth efforts
  • •Develop a deep understanding of customer psyche and reasons for using the product to improve retention and engagement
  • •Identify efficient low-cost acquisition channels and foster viral/referral growth

Key Requirements

  • •Min. 3-5 years of experience in user growth for a high-growth consumer app startup
  • •Shipped product features on mobile app or web app, managed sprint cycle and delivered key product growth metrics
  • •Ability to turn complex data and insights into easily understood data stories
  • •Having a growth mindset and someone who is comfortable in a cross-functional environment and ready to work on challenging problems and deal with ambiguity
