Job Summary

Lead complex supply chain business operations for a large global business unit, driving improvements in processes and performance metrics. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a broad range of complex supply chain processes such as inventory analysis and planning, demand planning, import/export operations, and sales and operations planning.
•Independently execute complex demand and supply matching activities, identifying issues and their impact.
•Partner cross-functionally to prioritize backlog management and generate/deliver demand signals.
•Lead cross-functional regional and global business unit planning teams to maintain and enhance business processes.
•Define and review performance metrics, manage priority projects, communicate requirements, mentor junior staff, and lead the regulatory trade compliance program.

Key Requirements

•Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field, or commensurate experience.
•Typically 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in supply chain or operations.
•Experience leading complex demand and supply matching activities and connecting planning to execution.
•Strong background in inventory analysis/planning, demand planning, and sales and operations planning.
•Experience leading and mentoring teams and managing a regulatory trade compliance program.
