Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and continually improve internal training materials (videos, slides, reference materials, evaluations, etc.).
  • •Identify technical and procedural training needs across the team.
  • •Help foster a culture of continual learning, skill sharing through live training, coaching and mentoring.
  • •Build out the training curriculum, module hierarchy and training policies.
  • •Foster subject-matter expert contributions to the creation and review of technical content.
