Key Responsibilities

  • •Process/reconcile corporate action events and perform secondary approval activities with accuracy and timeliness.
  • •Monitor and adhere to service level deliverables for client outputs.
  • •Own and resolve complex queries and issues for the team, acting as a process expert.
  • •Engage with internal clients and partners to resolve escalations, inquiries, incidents, and challenges.
  • •Support information/risk management via huddles, procedure updates, DPAD/BCP readiness, and risk parameter adherence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Accounting; a Master’s degree is an added advantage.
  • •At least 24+ months of experience in the current role as an Analyst.
  • •In-depth knowledge of financial instruments and security services (equities, fixed income products, repos, and reverse repos).
  • •Flexible to work in shifts and extended working hours.
  • •Good analytical/reasoning skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
