Job Summary

Design and develop advanced radar solutions for defense applications, covering radar system architecture (Pulsed, FMCW, AESA), signal/data processing, and RF/antenna specifications. Perform system modelling and performance analysis using Matlab/Simulink, Python, and radar simulation tools. Lead hardware/software integration, testing, qualification, and validation campaigns in lab and field environments, while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure MIL-STD compliant delivery and customer-facing technical support.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead radar system design activities including architecture definition (Pulsed, FMCW, AESA), signal/data processing, and RF and antenna specifications.
•Perform system modelling and performance analysis using Matlab/Simulink, Python, or radar simulation tools.
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure technical consistency and compliance with defense engineering standards (MIL-STD).
•Execute hardware/software integration, testing, and qualification in lab and field environments.

•Strong communication skills and ability to represent the company in technical reviews.
