Key Responsibilities

  • •Build the core “brain” of an AI agent for the advertising sales domain and track cutting-edge technologies.
  • •Explore mainstream agent frameworks, monitor advancements, and validate feasibility of new technologies for planning/scheduling, tool invocation, multimodal interaction, and deep research.
  • •Establish an agent evaluation mechanism for Harness-driven iteration.
  • •Develop a Skills toolset for advertising sales and customer acquisition scenarios, building and optimizing reusable skills.
  • •Build stable, reliable agent infrastructure and optimize performance and stability of the agent system.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Natural Language Processing, or a related field.
  • •Hands-on experience with at least one mainstream Agent framework (e.g., LangGraph, OpenClaw, Hermes).
  • •Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agent principles, including architectures like ReAct/PlanAct, multi-agent systems, and concepts such as context engineering and memory.
  • •Strong AI/ML background, including post-training techniques such as SFT and RLHF, with practical experience fine-tuning model capabilities for tasks preferred.
  • •Excellent coding skills (data structures/algorithms) with proficiency in C/C++ or Python, plus strong teamwork and communication.
