Key Responsibilities

•Resolve operational, infrastructure or hardware incidents in multiple data centers.
•Manage complete lifecycle for data center hardware, including deployment, operation, and decommission.
•Setup and operate common Linux and Windows servers.
•Monitor the environmental conditions and power/cooling systems of a data center to ensure they are optimum for servers, switches, storage arrays, and other devices.
•Document processes and keep event logs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 95,000 - 115,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline and 1+ year of data center experience; OR 3+ years of data center experience in lieu of a degree.
•Professional experience working in a data center or with IT hardware.
•Certifications related to IT infrastructure such as CompTIA Server+, CompTIA Network+, and CCNP.
•Experience with data center infrastructure management (DCIM), including tools to monitor, measure, manage, and/or control data center utilization.
•Linux and Windows OS system administration experience.
