Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance across the facility with limited direction in a SAP system.
  • •Troubleshoot, repair, and install process equipment including motors, pumps, instrumentation loops, heat exchangers, vacuum pumps, burners, pressure vessels, and steam traps.
  • •Operate standard maintenance and precision tools and perform related tasks (e.g., HVAC filter replacement, painting, pressure washing, light plumbing/electrical, site vehicle maintenance).
  • •Document completed work and conditions found using maintenance computer software and coordinate regularly with peers and management.
  • •Follow site SOPs and safety policies; operate forklifts, loaders, scissor lifts, and aerial lifts as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma with Trade School Certificate (or equivalent) is required.
  • •5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing facility.
  • •Experience using SAP.
  • •Experience reading blueprints and manuals.
  • •Experience with Control Valves, Industrial Reliability, Welding, Boilers, Wastewater, and Cooling Towers is a plus.
