Key Responsibilities

•Engage in design tasks within a broader team, facilitating on-the-job learning of all aspects related to roadside infrastructure design.
•Collaborate efficiently with the team and with colleagues from other disciplines, sharing ideas and addressing gaps as necessary.
•Mentor and develop junior staff within the team.
•Carry out design processes and use design tools to deliver designs or schemes.
•Challenge traditional design practices and contribute to innovative digital design production.

Key Requirements

•A degree in a relevant engineering discipline, or relevant experience in technology design.
•Working towards professional registration or professionally registered with an accredited institute.

•Understanding of roadside infrastructure and design standards.
•Ability to carry out design processes and work as part of a team, including collaboration with colleagues from other disciplines.
