Key Responsibilities

  • •Process and prepare requests to liquidate alternative assets in an operating system.
  • •Process and prepare requests for in-kind distribution of alternative assets.
  • •Prepare transaction orders to complete requested activities from client or broker.
  • •Reconcile with the reporting entity and ensure records are accurate.
  • •Complete required BSA/AML and other assigned compliance training, and perform other related duties as required.

Key Requirements

  • •High school or GED plus specialized schooling/on-the-job education in a specific skill area, such as data processing or clerical/administrative, and 7–11 months related experience and/or training.
  • •Ability to read and understand documents such as policy manuals, safety rules, and procedure manuals, and to write routine reports and correspondence.
  • •Strong mathematical skills, including working with decimals, fractions, percent, and graph interpretation.
  • •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out written, oral, or diagrammed instructions and handle problems with several known variables in routine situations.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and function as an integral part of a team with strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
