Key Responsibilities

  • •Organize and facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint/release planning, reviews, retrospectives, demos, and Scrum/Kanban meetings.
  • •Manage the JIRA board and backlog to support sprint execution, story selection, task definition, and impediment removal.
  • •Coordinate across multiple intersecting development contracts to support cohesive delivery for the customer.
  • •Empower the team to self-organize, ensure adherence to core agile principles, and support potentially releasable increments of functionality.
  • •Track and communicate team velocity and sprint/release progress; maintain process documentation and agile tracking systems for transparency.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 130,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, Business, or a related technical discipline, plus 9+ years (or commensurate experience).
  • •Current Scrum Master certification and experience working in agile environments leading scrum/task teams.
  • •Experience delivering diverse IT projects across the full systems development life cycle, including enterprise-wide network engineering and business process reengineering.
  • •Ability to facilitate and document meetings effectively, with excellent communication, analytical, and investigation skills.
  • •Ability to attain a DHS clearance (must be US Citizen).
