Key Responsibilities

•Analyze sales performance, implement action plans to reach and exceed targets.
•Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring Pandora selling methods are followed at every customer interaction.
•Be the ambassador of the brand and store, embodying the company values daily.
•Motivate and coach the team to achieve exceptional results, both individually and collectively.
•Effectively manage team scheduling and inventory in line with store policies.

Salary: EUR 2,851 monthly

Key Requirements

•Experience managing a boutique with high footfall and driving revenue through KPI-driven leadership.
•Strong understanding of P&L and ability to pilot store profitability.

•Excellent written and spoken communication; English is a plus; ability to collaborate with multiple departments and leadership.
•Weekend and holiday availability as required by retail schedules.
