Key Responsibilities

  • •Analyze sales performance, implement action plans to reach and exceed targets.
  • •Deliver an exceptional customer experience by ensuring Pandora selling methods are followed at every customer interaction.
  • •Be the ambassador of the brand and store, embodying the company values daily.
  • •Motivate and coach the team to achieve exceptional results, both individually and collectively.
  • •Effectively manage team scheduling and inventory in line with store policies.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience managing a boutique with high footfall and driving revenue through KPI-driven leadership.
  • •Strong understanding of P&L and ability to pilot store profitability.
  • •Experience in managing and developing a retail sales team: recruitment, onboarding and training.
  • •Excellent written and spoken communication; English is a plus; ability to collaborate with multiple departments and leadership.
  • •Weekend and holiday availability as required by retail schedules.
