Key Responsibilities

  • •Align to 3–5 Federal Civilian agencies and lead sales strategies to meet revenue goals (FAA, EPA, Treasury, SSA, DOE, DOJ).
  • •Own consultative selling and solution development while coordinating required company resources to meet account performance objectives.
  • •Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities across Arista’s product portfolio, including data center, virtual, campus, Cloud Vision (automation & telemetry), cognitive WiFi, and security offerings.
  • •Build and execute targeted account plans with partner managers and the sales engineering team, including pre-engagement planning and mission alignment.
  • •Create and manage year 1–year 3 business priorities and a marketing plan aligned to named accounts and territory.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS, CS, BBA) or equivalent.
  • •Minimum 10+ years of Federal Sales experience focused on selling to the Civilian community.
  • •In-depth knowledge of Federal procurement programs and strategies for capturing and pursuing opportunities, including selling into Federal Systems Integrators and Managed Service Providers.
  • •Demonstrated leadership skills to lead internal cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • •Working knowledge of networking (Route, Switch, SDN, SD-WAN, Campus Networks, Network Virtualization, NFV) and network/data center and automation solutions.
