Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecasting issues, materials, and scheduling work.
  • •Serve as direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by identifying, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC equipment and systems at customer locations.
  • •Commission, troubleshoot, repair, and start up HVAC systems in commercial environments.
  • •Use hand tools, blueprints, and engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units, following safety standards.
  • •Maintain security and accountability of company-issued/procured assets and remain flexible for overtime/weekends, including occasional overnight stays.
