Key Responsibilities

  • •Enter accurate vehicle information into the AS400 system using a handheld device, including VIN, stock number, dealer ID, and vehicle attributes.
  • •Affix barcode/stock number stickers and apply work order numbers and routing labels to vehicles.
  • •Identify and flag “no key” vehicles and direct transporters to designated vehicle drop zones.
  • •Inspect and report transport damage as required and provide proper sale identification windshield codes.
  • •Remove and clear personal information from vehicles and reset/remove navigation and identifiable data in accordance with company policies.
