Key Responsibilities

  • •Run daily operations and ensure an efficient, safe, and professional work environment for team leaders and drivers.
  • •Coach, motivate, and develop the team, including conducting difficult conversations when needed.
  • •Monitor hub performance using KPIs and report to the Area Manager with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • •Collaborate closely with neighboring teams and stakeholders to proactively address operational challenges.
  • •Manage rosters, planning, and absenteeism, and oversee vehicle fleet, costs, and compliance with wellbeing and environmental regulations.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of experience in the logistics sector, including demonstrable experience in a leadership role.
  • •People skills: able to connect and motivate others, while setting boundaries and having necessary conversations.
  • •Analytical and process-oriented thinking with a hands-on approach.
  • •Flexibility to be available in evenings and weekends.
  • •Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
