•Develop and implement brand and marketing plans to achieve KPIs for awareness, acquisition, growth, retention, and driver lead growth while controlling cost (e.g., CAC).
•Manage internal and external resources to roll out marketing and PR campaigns on budget and on schedule.
•Optimize channel performance for Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and network campaigns to support brand and growth objectives.
•Lead and develop a team of three direct reports (digital marketing, graphic design, content marketing) and collaborate with regional stakeholders in areas like Functional Marketing and Driver Operations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 140,000 annually
