Regional Project Manager (Pump, Power & HVAC)

Oversee and manage project installation scope and completion at an EquipmentShare rental facility, ensuring compliance, safety, and high-quality execution. Lead and mentor program and project managers when needed, travel to Pump and Power locations to establish correct procedures, and maintain a strong working knowledge of fleet operations. Train and coach associates on equipment troubleshooting, develop multi-skill training programs, and support technical sales application efforts.
