Key Responsibilities

•Lead reputational risk reviews for the Atlas platform, conducting due diligence and producing conclusive risk assessments and mitigants.
•Analyze governance, sanctions, KYC, litigation, and regulatory flags across a range of asset-backed finance transactions; prepare risk memoranda for committees.
•Identify risk factors from multiple sources and coordinate with external counsels and internal teams to address issues.
•Engage with deal teams, legal, compliance, and risk to escalate issues requiring further diligence or committee review.
•Develop industry/sub-sector expertise in asset-backed finance and anticipate emerging reputational risks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in legal, regulatory, compliance, or financial services.
•Background at a top law firm or in-house at a bank/financial institution with exposure to complex transactions; KYC/conflicts focus considered.
•Demonstrated experience supporting risk approval committees or similar governance forums.
•Strong familiarity with financial services regulation and debt/asset-backed finance structures.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
