•Manage project finances including cash flow, forecasts, expense monitoring, collections support, buy-out plans, and monthly backlog review.
•Create and maintain project schedules (tasks, dependencies, milestones, critical path, resources) and coordinate subcontractor execution, safety, and compliance.

Salary: USD 75,700 - 135,834.99 annually

•Validate project scope, cost, and schedule by reviewing contract documents and leading pre-bid validation and internal meetings.
•Lead change order management, including identifying opportunities, recommending solutions, facilitating quotes, applying pricing strategies, and closing orders.
•Maintain customer satisfaction through stakeholder communication, investigating concerns, implementing corrective actions, and delivering timely project updates.
•7+ years of construction project management experience; advanced understanding of construction systems and technologies (General Contracting license is a plus).
