Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up, maintain, and clean workstations, dining spaces, storage areas, and surrounding work areas to ensure safety and organization.
  • •Perform cleaning and maintenance of food service equipment and areas, including beverage stations, coolers, and hot holding units.
  • •Complete daily record keeping, tasks, and opening/closing checklists while meeting time and quality standards.
  • •Engage customers, fulfill orders, demonstrate strong customer service and communication (including menu changes), and assist with catering/event requests.
  • •Support food safety by rotating products, storing and delivering items properly, tracking inventory, stocking routes, and participating in training for other Hospitality roles.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •1+ years of experience in food preparation, customer service, or other food services support roles.
  • •Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices, including allergen identification and dietary restrictions.
  • •Effective interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with a customer-service mindset.
  • •Basic computer skills, primarily Microsoft Office.
