Coordinate tenant fit-out, handovers and MEP-related activities for residential properties in Cairo, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, community guidelines, and timely delivery. Liaise with tenants, contractors and internal teams; conduct site inspections; monitor maintenance; and prepare reports to support efficient operation and high-quality resident experiences.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate and oversee tenant fit-out activities, ensuring compliance with developer specifications, approved drawings, and community guidelines.
•Liaise with tenants, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth fit-out, move-in, and renovation processes.
•Conduct site inspections to monitor fit-out progress, identify non-compliance issues, and ensure adherence to quality, safety, and operational standards.
•Monitor maintenance activities related to tenant units and common areas, following up on preventive and corrective actions to ensure timely resolution.
•Prepare and maintain reports on fit-out progress, maintenance activities, site inspections, and operational performance, providing timely updates and actionable insights.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of experience in tenant coordination, fit-out, construction, property management, or a similar role, preferably within the real estate or residential development sector.
•Proven experience coordinating tenant fit-out activities, site inspections, and working with developers, contractors, consultants, and residents.
•Strong understanding of fit-out requirements, construction drawings, developer guidelines, and property management practices.
•Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with residents and internal teams.
•Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
